Who we are.

Nitro cOS is an AI compliance platform for medical device companies working under MDR, IVDR and FDA. It connects to the QMS and SharePoint you already use, tells engineers which documentation their work requires, drafts from your own documents, and maps which documents are affected when a regulation or product changes. A named reviewer approves every change.

We started Nitro Compliance after talking to medtech companies about how compliance work actually gets done. The same problem came up everywhere: R&D, QA and RA work in separate silos, and the reasoning behind each requirement gets lost between them. We are building the shared layer that keeps it connected.
